Job Title: Gym Manager

Salary: $55-75,000
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Gym Manager with sales experience to oversee the daily operations of our fitness facility. The Gym Manager will be responsible for ensuring the gym runs smoothly, maintaining a clean and safe environment for members, selling fitness memberships and training and managing a team of coaches and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of gym operations, including membership sales, KPI tracking, facility maintenance, and customer service
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase membership numbers and retain existing members
- Creating and maintaining a positive and motivating atmosphere in the gym
- Managing staff schedules, performance, and training
-Coaching training sessions as needed and growing training reveue
- Ensuring all equipment is in working order and properly maintained
- Handling member inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to gym operations and finances
- Promoting and marketing gym services and events to attract new members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, fitness management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working in a managerial role within the fitness industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise techniques
- Proven track record of achieving sales and membership goals
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
