Overview Grocery & Whole Body Overnight Team Member - Part Time position. Cross-training across multiple store departments with opportunities to learn about products and operations. Base pay range $18.00/hr - $25.40/hr Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas throughout the store, which may include cashiering. Process customer purchases, returns and credits. Ensure shelves and displays are properly stocked and front-facing. Rotate products and remove out-of-date products. Maintain and support proper signage throughout the store. Be aware of new products and their placement. Maintain highest retail standards and follow all 365 SOPs. Participate in fiscal period and quarter-end inventories. Communicate pertinent information to leadership and collaborate with Store Leadership, Team Leaders, Floor Leads, fellow Team Members, support partners, customers and vendors. Stay informed on company and store-level information from leadership. Model 365 by Whole Foods Market vision and goals. Maintain knowledge of relevant competitors and industry trends. Complete trainings, increase product knowledge, and stay aware of new products and promotions. Maintain a positive work environment and use courteous phone etiquette. Follow health, sanitation and safe work practices; support store cleanliness and maintenance. Resolve hazards or violations immediately. Work all scheduled shifts and attend meetings as assigned by Leadership (including daily huddles). Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Basic computer skills Proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through and listening skills Clear and effective written and verbal communication Thorough knowledge of store products or the ability to learn quickly Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization and multi-tasking Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across levels of the business Supports the 365 culture and demonstrates responsibility and accountability Experience meeting customer service standards when interacting with customers, vendors and team members Proper use of tools and equipment as applicable to the department Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation Desire to be part of a new, exciting brand Desired Work Experiences Prior retail, restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred The wage range for this position is $18.00-$25.40 hourly.
