Position Summary:

Responsible for producing creative material for customer use. This position ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

Responsibilities:

·Produce materials in a multitude of media (flyers, postcards, advertisements, brochures, social media assets, HTML emails, etc.)

·Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

·Use appropriate colors, fonts, layouts based on company’s brand guidelines.

·Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize.

·Meet established deadlines and communicate any project delays.

·Proofread work to ensure complete accuracy and professional presentation.

·Schedule and track projects to ensure timely completion within our Project Management tool.

·Save all files using proper naming conventions and cataloging.

·Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

·Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, marketing or equivalent required, or minimum of one (1) + years’ graphic design experience.

·Familiarity with design software and technologies; including but not limited to: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.

·Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.

·Experience with Total Expert is a plus.

·Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and Mac OS preferred.

·Working knowledge of CSS and HTML as it pertains to emails is a plus.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $23.08 - $31.73. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location. This role offers up to 29 hours/week.
