RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Design:
Use Adobe Creative Suite to produce attractive and effective designs across a full spectrum of company collateral and media
Execute the design development of strategic messages and deliverables that align with marketing goals
Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media, including infographics
Participate in concept development and brainstorming sessions, contributing to innovative and actionable creative initiatives
Collaborate with copywriting and strategy teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients' corporate cultures and goals
Project Management: Manage project workflow to meet deadlines and remain productive in a fast-paced environment using required project management software
Properly catalog, tag, and organize photo, video, and project files as required by the established Xavier process
Assist the Creative/Art Director with other design tasks and projects as needed
Obtain internal approvals for deliverables, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other directors, designers, copywriters, and production departments to deliver cohesive and impactful creative work
Engage in regular communication with team members to ensure alignment and effective execution of projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required: 1-2 years of graphic design-related experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
Strong understanding of integrated design across all marketing channels, including digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and independently with limited oversight
Demonstrated ability to produce fresh, bold designs that support business objectives
Preferred: Degree in Design and/or Marketing
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This freelance role offers the flexibility to work remotely. The position demands extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and the ability to participate in virtual meetings requiring clear speech and hearing. Candidates must manage a quiet, ergonomic workspace with reliable internet access.
