Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to join our team, help us continue to build a fantastic workplace, and help our customers grow their businesses.
Reporting directly to and working closely with the Marketing Manager, as a
Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies/materials, provided to our customers, customer service, and sales team to grow each segment of our product offering.

Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant we offer:

Primary duties of the
Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant :
- Creation of marketing materials for our customers and all internal teams, including company catalogs, flyers, websites and part diagrams
- Learn and work with new types of software and skills including photography
- Research/follow and update social media for the company’s media exposure
- Format and edit a range of photos
- Organize and maintain a marketing database
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as brainstorm fresh strategies
Requirements for the
Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant :
- Alignment with our company values
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy, including Adobe Creative Suite and MS Excel
- Effective at managing multiple projects at one time
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a keen understanding of off-setting printing process
