A leading national builder with a proven record in industrial, manufacturing, and commercial construction is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent to oversee complex projects across the U.S. Known for delivering high-performance facilities through precision planning and field execution, this firm combines a people-first culture with cutting-edge project delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all field operations from site mobilization through commissioning and closeout on large-scale manufacturing and commercial projects
• Manage subcontractor coordination, logistics, and safety to maintain schedule and quality benchmarks
• Direct field teams and self-perform crews, ensuring work aligns with design intent and MEP integration requirements
• Partner with project management on cost control, sequencing, and client communication
• Champion company standards for safety, quality, and team development across multiple active job sites

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of field leadership experience with a general contractor
• Proven track record delivering industrial or manufacturing facilities valued $50M+
• Deep knowledge of site logistics, structural concrete, steel erection, and MEP coordination
• Proficiency in Procore , Bluebeam , and schedule management tools (P6 or similar)
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead large field teams while traveling full-time
