As a G&A Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Gong’s G&A teams by leveraging a data-driven and strategic approach to recruiting. You will manage the full recruiting cycle for organizations including, but not limited to, People, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Outcomes, and Security. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, align recruiting efforts with the company’s strategic goals, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to the G&A business units, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process alongside them.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate and compelling job descriptions, and establish clear hiring criteria.
• Engage with passive candidates and build relationships to enhance the candidate pool.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
• Prepare and present job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; preferably supporting G&A or Marketing organizations.
• Experience in SaaS or technology start-up.
• Ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in Workday, Greenhouse, and Google Suite preferred.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Located within commutable distance to one of our offices.

The hourly salary hiring range for this position is $65-$75 USD/hour.

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
