Junkluggers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Business Coach to join our team. The Franchise Business Coach will be responsible for providing comprehensive operational, management, financial, and marketing support to our franchisees. This role focuses on coaching franchisees to effectively utilize our System of Business, aiming to help them achieve their personal and business goals. The ideal candidate will excel in monitoring and measuring the results of our franchisees' businesses, utilizing our tools and systems to drive success.
Responsibilities: - Serve as a business consultant and coach; build trust with franchisees to influence growth and profitability using active listening, powerful questioning, and goal setting.
- Conduct annual on-site visits to each franchisee's business for full one- or two-day coaching and training sessions.
- Maintain daily contact and support with franchisees in your portfolio to drive performance improvements.
- Make weekly phone contact to stay deeply informed about the business operations of our franchisees.
- Ensure franchisees focus on creating happy clients and assist with resolving customer complaints or negative service experiences.
- Work on franchisee profitability and financial health; help create annual budgets and review actual performance against those budgets.
- Provide guidance on appropriate staffing levels; train franchisees in recruiting and training technicians, management, office, and sales employees.
- Teach franchisees how to drive sales by emphasizing customer education on additional needs and offering options using our sales system.
- Ensure franchisees stay compliant with the Franchise Agreement and assist in compliance efforts as needed.
- Provide guidance in recruiting, retaining, and engaging franchisee associates with company culture.
- Develop training materials and deliver presentations to both large and small audiences; conduct training sessions for franchisees and their associates.
- Conduct periodic Profit and Loss statement reviews, including Year-Over-Year revenue analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in business mathematics, particularly in reading and understanding financial statements. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with all Microsoft Office Programs.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and governmental regulations. Strong writing skills for reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members. Proficiency in writing speeches and articles for publication in a prescribed style and format. Effective presentation skills for top management, public groups, and boards of directors.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage the basic elements of projects, ensuring their successful execution.
