Founding Engineer (Full Stack Engineer) - AI Security
WhiteRabbit is looking for a founding engineer to help us build this from the ground up. This is a 0 to 1 role where you'll be architecting and building our core platform that uses AI to transform how enterprises handle their detection capabilities.
What we need:
• Someone who can build production systems from scratch and isn't afraid to make big technical decisions
• Full stack chops - React/TypeScript on the frontend, solid backend skills (Python/Go)
• Experience with security engineering, detection engineering, or SIEM systems is huge
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Startup experience, especially early-stage, is a major plus

Responsibilities :
Technical Skills:
• Languages: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go
• Frameworks: React, Node.js
• Cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure
• Data: Elasticsearch, Kafka/streaming platforms
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker
• Security: SIEM platforms, security protocols, API security
What We're Looking For:
• Strong builder mindset with the ability to move fast and be resourceful
• Experience making technical decisions with limited information
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical direction
• Passion for security and making detection systems more effective
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities
• Strong opinions, weakly held - willing to debate and adapt
• Desire to shape company culture and build diverse, high-performing teams
Preferred Experience
• Security engineering or detection engineering background
• Experience with SIEM systems, log analysis, or security tools
• Knowledge of AI/ML, particularly in production environments
• Understanding of modern security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK)
• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming
• Prior experience as a technical founder or early employee
