Position Description:

Being a Crew Member requires you to be willing to work outdoors, endure physical labor, have good customer service skills, and safely work with a crew in foundation repair. Previous experience in construction, landscaping, remodeling, foundation repair, or new construction required.

Supervision Received and Exercised:

As Crew member, you will be supervised by the crew Lead,

Day-to-Day Operations:

• Use of manual and motorized equipment for digging pilot holes for installing piles on both residential and commercial jobs
• Drive work truck (Must be 21 with a clean drivers license)
• Under-floor work
• Concrete work
• Demolition & Clean-up
• Loading and unloading trucks (equipment, hoses, steel piles, etc.)
• Must be able to communicate effectively
• Reliable transportation to get to the office/shop every day
• Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds
• Opportunity for advancement to Crew Lead for the right candidate

Required Experience:

• Foundation experience is a plus.
• Must have working knowledge of basic construction and digging tools.
• Ability to operate machinery is a plus - Excavator or Skid Steer
