Location: Foxwoods Resort Casino, Mashantucket, CT

Season: 2025

HighFlyer Zipline is preparing for another thrilling season, and we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join us! In partnership with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, HighFlyer Zipline has been soaring high since 2008—delivering unforgettable experiences to guests from around the world. Our zipline adventure features a breathtaking ride stretching nearly 3/4 of a mile and reaching speeds of up to 60 mph!

We pride ourselves on exceptional service, attention to safety, and creating a fun, supportive environment for both guests and team members.

Now Hiring: Flight Crew

Positions include: Zipline Operators, Equipment Runners, and Guest Safety Assistants

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum age: 18+

· Excellent personal appearance and hygiene

· Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

· Friendly, positive attitude with outstanding customer service skills

· Clear and effective communicator (especially via radio)

· Ability to give safety instructions confidently to small groups

· Must pass a practical tryout to demonstrate competency

· Physically fit and safety-conscious

· Proficient in or willing to learn the use of personal safety gear

· Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

· Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

· Local to the area or able to commute reliably

· Must pass a pre-employment drug screening

Work Environment:

· Outdoor setting with exposure to varying weather (including temps over 95°F)

· Moderate noise levels

· Fast-paced and hospitality-focused—team members must create a welcoming experience at all times

Physical Demands:

· Regular lifting and/or carrying of up to 60 lbs

· Staying hydrated and alert in all weather

· Frequent movement: standing, walking, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and speaking

· Good vision (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment)

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

· Safety training or certifications preferred

· Prior experience in tourism, guest services, or climbing/mountaineering is a plus

Preference is given to minimally qualified candidates who are members of federally recognized Native American tribes.
