We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant (AR/Billing/Revenue) to join our growing team in the Tech Services industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and has a passion for technology, finance, and problem-solving. The successful candidate will be a key player in our revenue cycle management, providing expert advice and guidance in areas such as billing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition. This role requires extensive knowledge of NetSuite and a CPA qualification.

Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage client engagements to deliver comprehensive AR, Billing, and Revenue services.
2. Provide expert advice on complex billing issues, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable management.
3. Leverage your NetSuite expertise to optimize and streamline client systems and processes.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle performance and financial outcomes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
7. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members and clients on best practices in AR, Billing, and Revenue management.
8. Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients and senior management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA qualification is a must.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Tech Services industry.
3. Proficient in NetSuite and other financial management software.
4. Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and accounts receivable management.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a timely manner.
7. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
8. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
