JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Shift Lead, you'll step in for the Store Manager during your shifts to ensure smooth daily operations:
Lead all shift activities—baking, serving, cash-handling, and guest interactions
Train, motivate, and supervise team members in delivering brand excellence
Ensure food quality meets Cinnabon standards, oversee prep, inventory, and freshness
Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store
Manage cash register operations and end‐of‐shift
Plan and coordinate smooth shift transitions, manage timekeeping and breaks
Professionally address guest concerns
REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years or older
Strong leadership and customer service skills
Previous experience in food service or retail preferred, but not required
Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver’s license is a plus
Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time; frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 20 pounds.
Occasionally attend brand meetings and trainings
