The Law Office of Damaris A. Chavez is seeking a dedicated and passionate Family Law Attorney to join our team in Houston, Texas. Our firm is committed to advocating for parents and children, and we are looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) attorney who shares our dedication to family law.
Position: Family Law Attorney
Location: Houston, Texas and surrounding counties (not remote)
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family court proceedings.
- Provide legal counsel and support to clients in family law matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements.
- Work independently while managing a diverse caseload.
-Manage work of paralegal and staff.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Texas family law.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Genuine dedication and passion for family law.
