What You'll Do:

• Learn from the best —train hands-on with our experienced managers to prepare for your leadership role
• Be the face of Waves —greet customers with enthusiasm and ensure every visit leaves them smiling
• Keep us running smoothly —oversee inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and minor repairs
• Drive growth —help us expand and build strong customer loyalty
• Take charge —open and close the wash, operate equipment, and ensure smooth daily operations
• Keep it clean & safe —maintain our tunnel, vacuum areas, and equipment (we'll train you!)
• Work with tech —use our Point of Sale system to process transactions quickly and accurately
• Pitch in as a team player —help wherever needed to keep our customers happy

• Willingness to work weekends (rotating schedule)
