Experienced Production Operator – Day & Night Shifts (Temp to Hire, Weekly Overtime!)
Location: Louisburg, NC
Pay: $16.50/hour (Day Shift) | $18.15/hour (Night Shift)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

About the Opportunity:
Qualified Staffing is seeking experienced Production Operators to join a respected manufacturing team in Louisburg, NC. These temp-to-hire positions are ideal for dependable, skilled individuals with a strong background in machine operation or manufacturing production.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a safe, efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, adjust, and monitor production machinery to maintain consistent output and quality
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues to minimize downtime
Perform visual and mechanical inspections on materials and finished products
Maintain production logs and follow work orders precisely
Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Work effectively as part of a team in a non-climate-controlled environment
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience as a Machine Operator, Production Technician, or in a Manufacturing environment
Warehouse experience required
Proven reliability and attention to detail
Ability to stand, lift, and move for 12-hour shifts
Comfortable working in hot and cold conditions
Must pass a drug screen and background check
