About the Role: We are seeking an experienced In Home Appliance Service Technician to join our team at Mr. Appliance of Kendall. As a leader in the appliance repair industry, we offer competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair major home appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and more
- Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the repair process
- Maintain accurate records of parts used and services performed
- Adhere to safety and quality standards
- Stay up-to-date on new technology and repair techniques
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in appliance repair
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
