Job Description

Our client, a well-known global consulting firm is looking to hire a star Executive Assistant to support a high-level Executive. The successful candidate must be well spoken, skilled, have the ability to think and operate strategically and be highly proactive. The position requires 10+ years of executive and personal assistant experience. Candidate must be a strong communicator and hardworking. The Executive covers the financial world so finance experience would be strongly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule meetings and manage both personal and work calendars for the Executive Manage and book personal and work travel for Executive Maintain their calendars and keep key people apprised of changes Submit timesheets and expense reports Keep Executives organized with meeting materials and immediate priorities (who needs what by when); this may include inbox management and communication/response strategies Coordinate with peers on the Admin team MUST have high regard for confidentiality Ad hoc personal projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

10-15 years executive and personal assistant experience in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to collaborate in an administrative team environment Proactive, forward-thinking Ability to manage up Exceptional judgment Excellent written and verbal skills Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

SALARY

$125-135K + benefits

HOURS

8:30am-5:30pm + flexibility for minimal OT #J-18808-Ljbffr HRB
