Role Overview:

We’re building a vetted bench of independent coaches for hybrid leadership engagements (primarily virtual, with occasional in-person coaching in your home city). This is not a full-time role, but it should also not interfere with your day job or coaching practice. This particular engagement is anticipated to be less than 10 hours per month. Coaches remain engaged as subcontractors, and work is not guaranteed until project activation. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 coaching and small-group sessions (virtual and in-person), with potential half-day and full-day workshops and 1–2-day retreats
• Utilize structured, evidence-based tools and frameworks
• Capture session notes for coaching impact tracking
• Participate in group syncs and coach alignment check-ins

Required Qualifications: (to be considered, you must fill out the form below)

• Reside in one of the five listed locations
• Either:

- Hold ICF certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC)

- OR have 3+ years of professional coaching experience

• Ability to coach both virtually and in-person
• Tech-ready for remote delivery
• Availability for up to 4–6 coaching hours/month (plus prep/admin) with flexibility to scale based on engagement needs
• Must be willing to coach under the Chancellor Collective brand and uphold our client-facing standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with group coaching or leadership facilitation
• John Maxwell Team Certification
• Certification or training in MBTI, DISC, EQ‑i 2.0/360, Enneagram, or CliftonStrengths
• Experience coaching within corporate or large organizational settings
• Active professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
• Bilingual capabilities (French, Spanish, Portuguese, or other) if interested in supporting our global expansion
• Experience with underrepresented or multicultural leaders

Compensation:

Compensation is based on credentials, experience, and scope.

You’ll be asked to share your standard hourly rate in the application. Rates are not published.

Future Opportunities:

We may expand to include bilingual coaching roles in South America as part of this client engagement. Coaches based in South America who speak English and Spanish/Portuguese may be contacted in future phases.
