Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, professional service throughout events.
Set up and break down event dining areas, including tables, linens, silverware, and glassware.
Deliver food and beverages in a timely, efficient manner.
Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Monitor tables for guest needs and respond quickly to requests.
Assist with clearing tables, resetting, and maintaining a clean event space.
Follow all alcohol service, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Adapt quickly to the pace and flow of different event types, from banquets to private parties.
Previous serving or banquet experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays often required.
