Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Event Assistant to join our team and provide essential support in planning, coordinating, and executing successful events. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Event Planning and Coordination:

   • Assist in researching and booking venues, vendors, and other resources.
   • Coordinate with vendors for supplies, catering, entertainment, and equipment rentals.
   • Support the development of event timelines, checklists, and logistics plans.
   • Assist with registration management, attendee communication, and ticketing processes.

2. On-Site Event Support:

   • Oversee setup, registration, and tear-down of event spaces.
   • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, attendees, and staff during events.
   • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and ensure smooth event execution.
   • Help manage the flow of activities and maintain schedules.

3. Post-Event Tasks:

   • Assist with gathering attendee feedback and preparing event reports.
   • Support in reconciling invoices, tracking budgets, and documenting expenses.
   • Assist in maintaining and updating a database of venues, vendors, and past event details.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
