This role will be based on the San Francisco Equity Trading desk. The Equity Trading team in San Francisco is part of the Global Trading group within BlackRock Global Markets (BGM) and is responsible for executing equity and equity derivative orders in the Americas. This includes substantial volumes of cash equities, CFDs, listed and OTC derivatives. The team supports a range of internal investment teams and products, including index funds, iShares, systematic active, and transition management. Members of the team collaborate with BlackRock portfolio managers, strategists, researchers, and other stakeholders to formulate trade strategies, deliver platform solutions and execution.
For San Francisco, CA Only the salary range for this position is USD$155,000.00 - USD$210,000.00. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
