SelecSource is assisting a client in Jeffersonville, GA that's looking for Equipment Operators to join their team. This is a Temp to Hire Opportunity! This is a non-climate controlled environment. 

Location: Jeffersonville, GA

Salary : $17.50/HR 

Shift : Weekend Shift ( Friday – Sunday ) 6am – 6:30pm with Overtime as needed

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Forklift Operator Requirements and Responsibilities:  

• Drives sit-down, Stand Up, Cherry Picker and Tugger forklift 
• Maintains clean work area. 
• Pallet building and pallet picks. 
• Loads goods onto conveyer belts. 
• Stacks crates, pallets, or other material. 
• Ensures the safe and efficient movement of goods. 
• Follows safety regulations and company guidelines. 
• Checks that loads are centered and properly stacked. 
• Determines when repairs need to be made on equipment. 
• Rotates stock so that the oldest items are shipped or sold first. 
• Loads and unloads product from and onto tractor trailer 
• Quality assurance (QA) duties, including reporting product damage and shortages. 
• Utilizes radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment to track inventory. 
• Analyzes productions schedules to determine timely transportation of materials and products. 
• Documents arrival, departure, and movement and storage of goods, checks trucking manifests and bills of lading, maintains inventory, and tracks fulfillment of customer and vendor orders. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Knowledge of Logistics/Supply Chain 
• Ability to work and communicate well with people. 
• Ability to multi-task in a time sensitive environment. 
• Good problem-solving skills. 
• Strong working knowledge of computer systems and data entry. 
• Willing to help in other areas of the warehouse. 
• 1+ years of Equipment Operator experience
