Position Title : Employee Housing Attendant
Position Reports to: Employee Housing Manager, Housing Coordinator
Business Unit or Department: Employee Housing
Location: Housing Facility,Crystal Mountain, WA
Wage Range: 20.00 - 22.00 hourly DOE
POSITION SUMMARY The Housing Attendant is the primary person in charge of the cleanliness of the employee housing facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES - Cleans and stocks dorm bathrooms, hallways, entryways and common areas daily or as needed.
- Reports maintenance and facilities requirements to Housing Manager.
- Assists in snow removal and maintaining the outdoor common spaces.
- Removal and transportation of trash, garbage, and refuse to on-site dumpster.
- Other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS - Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have a state-issued Driver's License and be insurable by the Company's insurance carriers.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and independently.
- Previous Housekeeping Experience preferred
- Conflict Resolution Experience preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS - Should possess strong verbal communication skills to deal effectively with employees, supervisors, and management personnel.
- Position requires the ability to lift to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk on various floor surfaces for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to walk, twist, crouch, push, pull and climb stairs throughout shift.
