We are looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our clients' team and help optimize their email campaigns for maximum performance and revenue growth. This is a contract-to-hire role and would require a hybrid capacity in Chicago. Email Marketing Specialist Responsibilities: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention Build and optimize automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and personalized email sequences Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, leveraging key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling email content that aligns with brand guidelines Conduct A/B testing to refine subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times for improved performance Email Marketing Specialist Requirements: 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within an eCommerce environment Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools Experience in eCommerce email marketing, including abandoned cart flows, upsells, and re-engagement campaigns Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and integrating email strategies with broader marketing initiatives Experience working with SMS marketing in conjunction with email campaigns Please apply today!
