We’re growing, and we’re hiring! BlueWater Architectural Products is a material supplier and installer in the commercial construction industry, with projects all across the southeast. We’re looking for Electronic Security Technicians.

As an Electronic Security Technician you’ll do the following:

• Install and program electronic access control systems
• Includes installation of card readers, biometrics, power supplies, controllers, enclosures, relays, switches, and electronic locks
• Install and program electronic access control server & software
• Includes pulling and terminating low voltage wire & cable
• Install and program network video and CCTV camera systems
• Includes mounting and installing video cameras
• Install and program network video servers and software, including video analytics
• Train end user on how to operate systems
• 3-5 years experience as low voltage security installer required

Qualified applicants must be able to do the following:

• Lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Pass a drug screen
• Provide a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Work overtime as necessary to meet deadlines
• Work out of town and stay in a hotel
• Understand plumb, level, and square
• Read a tape measure, and use common measurement tools (framing square, level, laser)
• Be able to efficiently use common shop tools such as a screwdrivers, drills, saws, etc.
• Utilize basic math skills
