Electromechanical Technician

Position Summary:

A growing Class III medical device company is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to join its dynamic team. This role involves assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electromechanical products on the production line, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a startup environment , works collaboratively with engineers and R&D teams, and has a strong background in medical device manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly & Testing: Build and test electromechanical components following strict quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain product performance.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and testing to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of assembly procedures and test results.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and R&D teams to refine manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in electromechanical assembly and testing, preferably with Class III medical devices .
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, using diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting electronic systems .
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a startup environment and contribute to process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in startup manufacturing and familiarity with FDA regulations for Class III medical devices .
