Well established Electrical Company located in Dracut Ma, is seeking electricians.

Sylvester Electric is a growing, family-owned electrical contractor serving both homeowners and businesses. We handle everything from residential troubleshooting, panel upgrades, and generator installations to commercial buildouts, lighting, and service contracts. Our mission is simple: deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical solutions with professionalism and care.

We’re seeking licensed Electricians to join our team. Whether your background is in residential service, commercial projects, or both — we want motivated, skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed MA Journeyman Electrician (NH license a plus).
• Experience in residential service and/or commercial electrical work .
• Strong troubleshooting and installation skills.
• Safety-focused, reliable, and motivated to learn and grow.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

What You’ll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform service work (troubleshooting, panel/generator/EV charger installs, rewires, etc.).
• Handle commercial tasks (conduit, panels, lighting, buildouts, equipment hookups).
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule.
• Communicate clearly with customers, contractors, and coworkers.
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements.

Reliable Transportation:

Applicants must have reliable transportation to get to job sites located through Commonwealth

Minimum years of experience 2-5 in service work , Strong communication/customer service skills 

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, job is based in MA & NH
• Valid Massachusetts or New Hampshire Journeyman or Master Electrician License 
• Driver’s license + clean driving record
