Job Description

Our client, a leader in the electrical services industry, is seeking an Electrician to join their team. As an Electrician , you will be part of the maintenance team supporting various commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrician 

Location: Pennington, NJ

• First Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM 
• Second Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Week 1: Work 3 days
• Week 2: Work 4 days
• Then the cycle repeats (2-week rotating schedule ).

Pay Rate: $25–$27 per hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and lighting fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with other trades and facility management team members on projects and maintenance tasks.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a commercial or industrial electrician.
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
• Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Valid electrician's license as required by the state of New Jersey.
