Electrical Foreman & General Crew — Established Division Expanding to Florida’s East Coast
Location: Pompano Beach, FL (Miami area)
Employment: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Electrical Superintendent / Project Manager
Crown’s established Electrical Division is expanding to Florida’s East Coast , and we’re building our team in the Pompano Beach–Miami corridor. If you’re a safety-first pro who wants steady work, real growth, and a solid crew, we want to meet you.
Open RolesElectrical Foreman
Lead a 2–6 person crew; plan daily work, materials, and inspections.
Read plans/prints; lay out rough-in/trim; ensure NEC/code compliance.
Coordinate with GCs/other trades; keep schedules and AHJ inspections on track.
Close out daily with updates, photos, and brief documentation.
General Electrical Crew (Electricians/Apprentices/Helpers)
Install conduit, pulls/terminations, panels, devices, lighting.
Support rough-in, trim, testing, and troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow Foreman direction.
Foreman: Journeyman license/cert (or equivalent experience), strong NEC knowledge, proven crew leadership.
Crew: 1+ year field experience (apprenticeship/vocational a plus).
Able to read basic schematics/prints; use trade tools safely.
Reliable, detail-oriented, team-focused; bilingual (Eng/Esp) a plus.
Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; climb ladders; work at heights/confined spaces.
Work outdoors in all weather with required PPE/fall protection.
Drug- and alcohol-free workplace; dependable attendance.
