Drilling Supervisor Opportunity in the Bakken

• Lead Rig Operations: Oversee drilling, workover, and completion activities, ensuring seamless execution on the rig.
• Command Coordination: Plan, organize, and manage all involved parties-drilling engineers, petroleum engineers, geologists, contractors, and auxiliary personnel.
• Drive Results: Monitor operational progress, ensuring timely achievement of objectives. Report daily to the Drilling Superintendent on critical issues and milestones.
• Optimize Costs & Safety: Ensure cost-effective operations, prioritize the safety of personnel and property, and control environmental impact.
• Critical Decision-Making: Make decisive calls on suspending operations or abandoning the rig during adverse weather conditions.
• 12-Hour Shifts: Be prepared for a demanding yet rewarding schedule.
