Our client is actively searching for an experienced drill operator with 2-3 years of experience operating tieback and micropile drills used in the Geotech construction field.

DRILLING OPERATOR REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

* Must have documented experience operating drills similar to Klemm, Casagrande, Camachio, Hutte, TEI, and/or Berretta type drills.
* OSHA 10hr or greater and Frist Aid & Safety training.
* Should have experience utilizing these drills for Tie-Back, Micropile, Anchor, Soil Nail, Cement Grouting, and Chemical Grouting applications.
* Experience with dual rotary drill heads and tooling setups including duplex and down-hole hammers is desired.
* Must have a minimum of two or more years of experience with skid steers, warehouse and all-terrain forklifts, hydraulic excavators, concrete mixers & pumps, and wheeled front-end loaders
* Must have basic mechanic skills used to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Drilling Operators Duties:

* Operate, inspect and maintain equipment to manufacturers specifications
* Rigging, hoisting, and spotting for equipment movement according to written, verbal, and/or signaled instructions
* Soil leveling or ground manipulation for the transportation of equipment and materials
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and efficiently with the analytical ability to find solutions to difficult technical problems
* Complete all job-related duties as instructed by supervisor
* Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations
* Tending and operating cement and concrete mixers, air compressors, generators, pumps and many other types of power equipment may also be required.
