Seeking 2 additional remote sales and service oriented agents for international dive travel wholesaler with over 40 years experience with this specialty travel. While combined scuba diving and travel agent experience is a plus, full consideration is assured for those that are travel agents with sales ability who are willing to learn diving. We would provide the training, technical assistance and mentoring needed. Maduro Dive is voted yearly by divers as best Dive travel wholesaler agency. We do dive dive travel to 40 countries.
This will be a full time W2 position with higher salaries, additional commissions/incentives and a 12 month salary guarantee. We have no restrictions on agents compensation. You can work from anywhere with support from all Maduro Dive team members. We would create your own database and assign existing divers from our opt in dive enewsletter database, provide ongoing sales leads, ongoing supplier training to improve product knowledge as well as help you with pro-active sales methods.
Self starter with sales ability, excellent customer service skills, good communication skills over email and phone, willingness to continually learn as well as provide input to management.
