Innovative Concessions Enterprises, LLC , a major distributor of Dippin' Dots Ice Cream and other specialty food and beverage products and services has an immediate opening for a full-time Regional Distribution Manager at its Charleston SC location. This is a first shift position. Days of operation are Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday/Holiday required.

The Regional Distribution Manager will assign and direct all work performed in the region and supervise all areas of the operation. The Regional Distribution Manager will manage staff, foster a positive environment, ensure customer/account service and proper branch operation in accordance with Innovative Concessions policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity enabling goals and deadlines to be met.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration and special event needs.
• Assess Route conditions/accounts and identify current and prospective opportunities of improvement.
• Meet goals and metrics established by Innovative Concessions.
• Manage time and allocate appropriately.
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, Service, logistical opportunities and needs.
• Address customer service and satisfaction issues promptly.
• Adhere to high ethical standards.
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven management experience or similar role.
• Sufficient knowledge of management techniques and best practices.
• Ability to meet distribution needs and production goals.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Results driven, and customer focused.
• Leadership and human resources management skills a plus.
