Salary: $17.00
The warehouse inventory clerk maintains, tracks and updates components, parts and packaging supplies in the warehouse. The warehouse inventory clerk verifies the quantity of incoming parts and components from internal and external suppliers and provides notification of any visible damages. The warehouse clerk receives in components, packaging and some supplies by PO. UPS and FedEx deliveries are typically delivered to the person referenced on the shipping label. The warehouse clerk pulls and/or stages components and parts for Production and Post Molding Operations. The warehouse clerk maintains accurate accountability for all inventory in the warehouse. The warehouse clerk follows FIFO and 5S rules and standards.
Duties Include:
1 Verify incoming counts of all incoming parts, supplies, production components, and finished goods.
2 Receive incoming components by PO in IQMS.
3 Unload trailers of incoming shipments. Note any damage prior to offloading and notify management.
4 After receiving, put signed and stamped paperwork in bin for processing.
5 Create component labels and apply to packaging, ensuring barcodes are scannable.
6 Wash incoming parts if necessary. Weigh, label, and Receive to QH INCMAT and provide paperwork to Metrology Tech
7 Scan components to an inventory location after QA approval.
8 Perform Daily Forklift Checklist at the start of each shift.
9 Complete label /revision changes to inventory as requested.
10 Load trailers with outgoing orders.
11 Perform cycle counts of components and finished goods.
12 Maintain 5S standards throughout the warehouse.
13 Put away all components and finished goods scanned to RTI. Verify counts if necessary.
14 Pull and stage finished goods to Shipping.
15 Perform assigned tasks.
16 Ensure FIFO is performed when pulling any inventory.
17 Return any inventory in the manner that combines like items and rotates the inventory per FIFO .
18 Ensure all Medical product is properly labeled prior to verification and movement.
19 Wrap all pallets and apply pallet label, lot# label and verification placard to the outside of plastic.
20 Change propane tank on sit-down lift as needed.
