Job Type: Full-Time | Remote

Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 9 AM 2 PM EST
Compensation: $5,500 per month

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. This fully remote position requires strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in managing finances, issuing paychecks to clients and their families nationwide, and ensuring seamless communication between field teams and stakeholders.

• Print checks on blank check paper and prepare daily check runs.
• Perform data entry of confidential client and financial information.
• Verify the accuracy of customer issues and financial data before processing.
• Schedule, route, and dispatch field personnel or resources efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with field teams and the HR Manager.
• Handle logistical tasks such as picking up envelopes from stores or courier services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Drop off checks and documents at the local post office or FedEx Office.
• Perform shopping-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and reports.
• Comply with all company policies and operational standards.

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older .
• Comfortable using computers and printers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a time-sensitive environment.
