The Role

As the Director of Human Resources , you will drive HR initiatives that support our rapid growth. Overseeing multiple HR teams—including HR Operations, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development—you will align people strategies with business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR teams to optimize performance, engagement, and talent development.
  • Build and implement strategic HR policies, leadership programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • Champion compliance, employee relations, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, health & safety, and employee well-being programs.
  • Develop and drive remote workforce policies and global HR initiatives, including nearshore partnerships.
  • Collaborate with executives to align HR strategies with business growth and operational goals.

What You Bring

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years in HR leadership, preferably in a high-growth or contact center environment.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to manage HR operations at scale.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics to drive workforce optimization.
