About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Conferences and Events to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and priorities for the company's various conferences and events, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. This role involves assessing the needs and market, prioritizing audiences, and leading the development of content in line with the company's mission and values. The Director will also engage with members and key stakeholders to ensure that the events are at the forefront of thought leadership and effectively contribute to the advancement of the philanthropic sector. Candidates for the Director of Conferences and Events position at the company should have a strong background in event management and a deep commitment to the values of philanthropy. The role requires the ability to manage a small team and work closely with the Vice President of Leadership, Training & Events.
