Position Information: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of brand management. S/he is a highly organized, collaborative, data-driven part of the marketing team that assists corporate initiatives through marketing initiatives both internal and through external vendor partnerships.

Duties and Responsibilities: •Greet every customer, every day
•Maintain high ethical standards when dealing with customers, co-workers and vendors
•Put safety first. Adhere to all Safety Policies, Procedures and Personal Protective Equipment standards
•Coordinate communication regarding marketing strategy and event efforts regularly with all business units, executive team, and external constituencies
•Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry, including trends, market dynamics, consumer behavior, and technological advancements
•Create and execute effective marketing strategies that drives results and revenue
•Analyze data to derive insights, track effectiveness of marketing campaigns, measure ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly
•Enlist a variety of marketing channels including online marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and influencer partnerships
•Understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to tailor marketing strategies that resonate and drive engagement
•Innovate and adapt to changing trends and industry enhancements
•Partner with advertising agencies, media outlets, and technology providers to maximize effectiveness
•Manage existing 3rd party marketing agency while identifying and filling gaps to enhance our marketing efforts
•Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Thomas Automotive brands across different channels, including SEO/SEM, Facebook, Instagram, and explore opportunities in emerging platforms
•Optimize marketing budget allocation to maximize ROI and reach potential clients effectively
•Work closely with variable, fixed operations, and human resources departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
•Hold providers accountable and leverage data analytics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
•Enhance brand perception and strengthen the Thomas Automotive identity in line with core values and community involvement
•Build and maintain vendor relationships and assist with contract negotiation, as needed
•Keep abreast of your assigned OEM programs and requirements to ensure compliance
•Maintain a safe and clean workspace, as well as ensuring the entire facility is orderly, clean and free of hazards
Requirements
Qualifications: Marketing, Communications, or similar degree, Master's degree preferred. Experience working with automotive industry preferred. Strong ability to lead initiatives and management projects. Supervisory experience preferred. Valid in-state driver's license. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions: The Digital Marketing Manager works both indoors and out, moving about the dealership facility and lot to communicate with colleagues, vendor representatives, and customers.
