Job Title: Visualization & Design Specialist

Location: New York, NY

Job Type: Full-Time in office.

N.B. 3 years minimum of professional experience in luxury residential design. This DOES NOT include internships.

Job Summary: As a Visualization & Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bringing our design concepts to life through high-quality visualizations and renderings .

You will collaborate closely with architects and designers to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate our vision to clients and stakeholders.

You will NOT be designing concepts or drafting. This is a VISUALIZATION role ONLY.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations to support design concepts.
• Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and translate ideas into visual formats.
• Utilize industry-standard software (such as AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite) to create detailed visual representations.
• Prepare presentations and visual materials for client meetings, ensuring clarity and impact.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating innovative techniques into your work.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance design concepts and visual elements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in design visualization, preferably within the interior design or architecture sectors.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering software (Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in project management or leading design projects.
• Familiarity with AI visualization technologies and their applications in design.
