We are a growing, patient-focused private dental practice in Celina, TX, dedicated to providing high-quality care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations and help lead our team to continued success.

Position Summary

The Dental Office Manager is responsible for managing the administrative and business operations of the practice. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with out-of-network (OON) dental insurance , and proficiency using Dentrix practice management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office and administrative operations
• Supervise, train, and support front office staff
• Manage patient scheduling, flow, and customer service
• Handle out-of-network insurance processing , including claims, estimates, and patient financial coordination
• Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and office performance
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling, billing, reporting, and patient records
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance
• Address patient concerns professionally and efficiently
• Order supplies and manage vendor relationships
• Work closely with the doctor(s) to optimize efficiency and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar role in a private practice
• Proven experience with out-of-network dental insurance
• Proficiency in Dentrix
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent patient service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
