Demonstrated abilities and/or proven record of success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs, including: Executing end to end payroll implementations in a functional lead role; Understanding and communicating a broad range of Firm services; Managing engagements, preparing concise, accurate and high quality deliverables; Designing, implementing, improving, and supporting Payroll business processes in a Dayforce environment; Designing, building, testing, and deploying various Dayforce solutions; Leading client workshops, status meetings and other project team meetings; Providing consistent and accurate communication of status to clients and leadership; Building client relationships and managing expectations with scope, service, and delivery; Participating in and balancing multiple client engagements while supporting team leaders in managing day-to-day activities; Maintaining engagement economics and flexibility for unanticipated issues; Supervising and actively participating in project teams to create an atmosphere of trust; and, Seeking diverse views to foster inclusion, improvement, and innovation. Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, including: Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with, mentoring, and supporting team members in their career development; Seeking guidance, clarification and proactive feedback from peers and superiors; and, Providing guidance to junior staff, while developing/refining leadership skills within the team. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
