About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate will have fast typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

Enter and update data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems with high accuracy and speed.

Review data for errors or deficiencies and correct any incompatibilities.

Maintain organized and accessible filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Verify data by comparing it to source documents.

Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent and accurate information flow.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.

Excellent typing skills (45+ WPM preferred) and familiarity with word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with administrative duties and data confidentiality principles.

Good organizational and time-management skills.
