What You Will Do – Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position provides support to the Data Management Department by performing clerical-related duties while providing excellent customer service to agency clients. This position requires that the employee reports to different work locations and/or units based on workload as determined by their supervisor.

The employee will help the agency achieve CFSR standards and help ensure service delivery that focuses on Safety, Permanency, and Well-being for the families served by the agency. What will make you successful:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers.
  • Must be able to read and write common vocabulary plus have at least 4 courses in typing OR 12 months of experience;
  • OR have at least 4 months of experience as a Data Entry Operator 1.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Be a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Have one year of clerical experience.
  • Have a typing speed of at least 25 wpm.
  • Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Have well developed verbal communications skills, problem solving skills and excellent customer service skills.

Certifications or Licensure:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License with having a reliable automobile and automobile insurance that complies with agency policy
