As a Data Analyst at Dots-lab, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions. Your goal will be to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, driving business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Collection and Management: Gather and integrate data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
2. Data Analysis: Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
3. Data Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
4. Insight Generation: Interpret results, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to inform business decisions.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree: In a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics.
2. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and data visualization.
3. Technical Skills: Experience with databases, data systems, and analytical tools, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
4. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

1. Certifications: Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
