Join Our Team as an Entry-Level Customer Service!
Are you energetic, people-focused, and ready to kick-start your career in staffing and recruiting? We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level customer service rep. to help connect great talent with great opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
• Search for and identify top candidates.
• Interview applicants and review their qualifications to ensure the best match for our clients.
• Handle key administrative tasks: data entry, filing, emailing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Visit companies throughout Orange County to build strong working relationships. (Reliable transportation required.)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.50–$19.00 per hour ( Entry Level, DOE )

• Basic computer skills
