About the Position: **This role is 100% onsite. You will be working onsite in our fun, energetic, motivating, colorful call center with other rock stars cheering you on to success!** Inbound Customer Service position providing product and service information to customers, resolving customer issues using a consultative approach and proactively suggesting additional products or services for additional incentive opportunities.

What qualities must you possess? Glad you asked!

• Rock Star level customer service skills


• Are you patient? Empathetic? Passionately Communicative? These are a MUST!


• Were you born with natural problem-solving and troubleshooting skills? Does everyone come to you for solutions? If so, you're got what we need!


• Natural Rapport Builder


• Can you overcome objections to meet assigned metrics?


• Can you hang til 10pm or later? COMPLETE flexibility is needed anywhere between 6am-10pm, including weekends and occasional holidays


• Do you have at least 1 year customer service experience in 1 job? We will invest in your success and teach you all you need to know and need candidates that have the tenure and staying power.


• Must have a HS Diploma or GED and able to pass a background screening


• Put those texting fingers away and brush up on your typing! We need you to be at 25 WPM for this role. You will take a few short assessments that you must pass prior to interviewing.
