Enora Insurance Agency in Chicago, IL is seeking a passionate, self-driven Customer Service Rep with a desire to grow and make a difference in peoples lives.

As a customer Service Representative you will directly assist every newly signed client by ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of our products, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.

Additionally, they are accountable for delivering excellent customer service to both existing clients and potential new customers. They manage policy change requests, stay updated on product information, and address any inquiries from clients.

Is the position Commission-Only?

No! We believe our compensation plan is very competitive in the marketplace. We offer a solid base pay with the potential of uncapped commission and very attractive bonuses.

Salary $15.00 to $20.00 per hour (Negotiable)

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Have and meet goals and objectives as established.
• Cross-sell products such as Life Insurance.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Ask each customer for google reviews.

MUST BE BILINGUAL-ENGLISH AND SPANISH

• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train a qualified individual.
• Must obtain license within first 30days if unlicensed.
• Work with a sense of urgency.
• Proven track record of being a problem solver.
• Must be resourceful & coachable.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
