About the Role

As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth customer transactions, and driving profitability through growth and collections efforts—all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the loan application, approval, and collections process
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Lead collection efforts for past-due loans
Achieve sales and financial targets
Ensure a high standard of customer service
Supervise daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency and compliance

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people
Cash handling and collections experience
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Half-day Saturdays (one day off per week)
