Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you have a great personality and enjoy helping people by providing great customer service, then this could be the job for you! The Customer Service Representative will need to have an outgoing personality, be great with people and have a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who knows how to smile through the phone and deliver world class service.
The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast paced, energetic environment and enjoy talking to people all day. Our office is incredibly supportive, positive and driven. If you dislike mundane office tasks, then this job is for you. There is little to no admin work, only basic data entry for customer info. We take pride in our work, our employees and our customers and are looking for someone who is excited to join our team!
Customer Service Representative ResponsibilitiesAct as a personal concierge on every phone call that you take for home services
Leave every customer feeling great about their decision to call our company and confident in our services
Give each customer multiple options for level of urgency and service
Collect basic customer information
Schedule times that are convenient for customer
Rate the importance of each call
Perform happy checks in real time to ensure world class service
Great personality, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be a people person who enjoys providing a world class customer experience
Enthusiastic about making an impact at a quickly growing company
Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and talking with people
Ethical, responsible and trustworthy
Positive, patient and happy
Ability to work as a team player and communicate well with customers
